Gonçalo Oliveira takes on the role of Chief B2B Officer with a solid career spanning more than 30 years in various sectors—Telecommunications, Energy, Tourism, and Consulting—with cross-functional leadership in Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Operations, Customer Care, and Strategy.

In March 2020, he joined the Pestana Group as a member of the Executive Committee and CIO. Prior to that, he was COO/CIO and Executive Director of the insurance company Tranquilidade/Açoreana. Gonçalo Oliveira worked at Galp Energia as CIO until 2017, and previously was responsible for Information Systems at Portugal Telecom (PT), where he worked for 12 years, notably as administrator of PT – Sistemas de Informação and director at PT Prime.
Throughout his career, he has also been a Consultant and Manager at McKinsey & Co.

He holds a degree in Management from the Catholic University of Portugal and an MBA from INSEAD.

Nuno Nunes

With a professional career based on almost two decades of experience in the telecommunications sector, Nuno Nunes held management positions at NOS and was Corporate Commercial Director at Oni Telecom.

He has a degree in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications from ISEL and a postgraduate degree in Leadership & Management from ISEG.

Ana Figueiredo

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors

In April 2022, she took on the role of Chief Executive Officer of the company, currently also holding the position of Chair of the Board of Directors. Before taking on these roles, and since 2018, she served as CEO at Altice Dominicana, becoming the first woman to chair a telecommunications operator in the country. In addition, she chaired the Association of Foreign Investment Companies in that country.

Between 2016 and 2018, she was appointed Chief Audit Executive of the Altice Group in Switzerland, overseeing operations in France, the United States, Israel, Portugal, and the Dominican Republic.

She has over 20 years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector since joining the PT Group in 2003, where she held positions in the areas of auditing, operational consulting, and organizational transformation, having led teams and projects in Portugal, Brazil, Cape Verde, Morocco, Namibia, São Tomé and Príncipe, Mozambique, Kenya, and East Timor.

She began her professional career in the audit department at Galp and later worked in auditing and financial consulting at EY.

She has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Higher Institute of Economics and Management (ISEG) and an MBA from the Catholic University and Nova Business School (Lisbon MBA).

Luís Mestre

Chief B2C Officer

With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, he has been with the company since 2002, where he was responsible for the B2C Product and Service Management Department and, more recently, Director of the B2C Segment. He currently also holds the position of Non-Executive Director at MEO Energia.

He has a degree in Business Organization and Management from ISCTE-IUL and an MBA from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Nuno Cadima

Chief Operations Officer

With over 25 years of experience, mainly in the telecommunications sector, Nuno Cadima has a solid international background, having held positions at Meditelecom (Morocco), Vivo, and Oi (Brazil). More recently, he has been involved in the healthcare sector, taking on the role of Director of Strategic Planning, Control, and Innovation at CUF.
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Coimbra and a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Sofia Aguiar

Chief Legal Officer

With over 20 years of experience in the electronic communications sector, she began her career at Vieira de Almeida & Associados.
Before taking on the role of Chief Legal Officer, Sofia Aguiar was Director of Regulation, Competition, and Legal Affairs at our company and was responsible for Legal Advisory Services for this department as well as Legal Advisory Services for Content.

She is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Sport TV Portugal and Fastfiber, Infraestruturas de Comunicações, SA.

She has a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, with a postgraduate degree in Management and Business Law from the Faculty of Economics of the New University of Lisbon.

Madalena Albuquerque

Chief People Officer

With over 20 years' experience in business management, she began her professional career in consultancy at Ernst & Young, and later worked for Portugal Telecom in the Internal Audit area.

Madalena Albuquerque embarked on an international career at Syngenta International, the world's leading Agro Tech company, where she worked in three geographies, Switzerland, Singapore and Spain, in the areas of Business Development and Marketing, and was a member of the Executive Committee of Syngenta Spain.

In Portugal, she was co-founder and COO of the company Sakproject and later became CEO of Hoooked Portugal SA.

She has a degree in Economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an MBA from Insead.

Gonçalo Camolino

Chief Financial Officer

He began his professional career more than 20 years ago at Deloitte, where he worked in auditing. Before taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer, Gonçalo Camolino held the position of Financial Director at our company and was Financial and Tax Director.

He is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Sport TV Portugal and held the same position at Janela Digital. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Previsão, Sociedade Gestora de Fundos de Pensões SA.

He has a degree in Business Management and Administration and a Master's degree in Finance from the Portuguese Catholic University.

José Pedro Nascimento

Chief Technology Officer

With a career spanning more than 30 years in the telecommunications industry, José Pedro Nascimento takes on the role of Chief Technology Officer, having previously served as Director of Engineering and Network Operations at our company.

He has worked for several operators in Portugal—including Marconi, Vodafone, TVCabo, and Portugal Telecom—and also in Brazil, where he was VP of Engineering at Vivo and responsible for Network Planning at Oi. He was also Global CTO at TIMWE.TECH.

He holds a degree in Engineering from IST and an MBA from AESE/IESE.
