As part of European Cybersecurity Month, MEO is reinforcing its commitment to promoting a safer digital experience and is launching a communication campaign aimed at Personal customers and small businesses, with the goal of raising awareness once again about the risks of the digital environment and providing accessible protection solutions tailored to users’ different needs.

Under the slogan “Cyberattacks? No big deal,” the brand aims to show that the best protection is the kind that’s part of everyday life, allowing people and businesses to enjoy technology with the peace of mind that comes from knowing they’re protected. Throughout the month of October, MEO will highlight a wide range of solutions, services, and awareness-raising content aimed at families and small businesses, offering a vision of digital security based on trust and simplicity.

MEO Empresas ’s campaign marks the launch of a new generation of bundled offers that combine telecommunications and digital security into a single, simple, and affordable solution. With the new MEO Safe offer, MEO Empresas brings together cloud backup solutions, malware protection, and secure browsing in a single package—all included in the regular telecommunications bill and supported by a specialized team responsible for setup and ongoing monitoring.

Highlighting real-world businesses and the concrete challenges faced by Portuguese entrepreneurs, the campaign features the Physical gym chain, illustrating how digital protection can support business growth without adding complexity to their day-to-day operations, allowing them to stay focused on managing their business and building relationships with their customers.

Designed for sole proprietors, independent professionals, and microbusinesses, these solutions aim to dispel the perception that cybersecurity is complex, expensive, or exclusive to large organizations. Starting at 9.99 euros per month, customers can enjoy protection that is simple, quick to set up, and tailored to the realities of small businesses.

At the same time, MEO is launching an awareness campaign aimed at the residential market, which seeks to promote digital literacy and encourage safer behavior online. Through Net Segura, available for three months for just 0.99 euros, and a wide range of digital protection solutions, MEO is reinforcing its commitment to the safety of the Portuguese people. The offer also includes Panda Antivirus and the UBBU educational platform, which helps develop digital skills and promotes safer and more responsible use of technology among younger generations.

From protecting internet browsing and devices to monitoring digital identity and promoting digital literacy among younger generations, MEO aims to show that digital security can be simple, unobtrusive, and accessible. Just like the best networks, the best defenses are there even when we don’t notice them, so that families and small businesses can take advantage of the opportunities offered by the digital world with greater confidence.

In this context, “It’s no big deal” is more than just a campaign slogan: it’s the expression of a value proposition based on fewer worries and more peace of mind, so that families and business owners can focus on what really matters—in their lives and in their businesses.

The campaigns will run on television, radio, in print, on digital media, in stores, and on the brand's online platforms throughout the month of October.
