MEO has just opened a new MEO Store in Alcobaça, located at Avenida Professor Engenheiro Joaquim Vieira Natividade 15A. The store features a new concept designed to foster a sense of closeness, with no physical barriers between customers and service representatives, and a layout that allows customers to experience firsthand all the services and products featured in the portfolio of Portugal’s largest telecommunications operator.
The new 25.12-square-meter MEO location in Alcobaça is part of MEO’s commitment to enhancing the experience for all its customers by modernizing its network of physical stores. MEO’s newest company-owned store, which is spacious and features no service counter separating staff from customers, fosters a more intimate and personal atmosphere, designed to tailor each customer’s experience to their consumption habits and lifestyle.
Characterized by a strong technological focus, the new store features state-of-the-art digital displays for publicizing and promoting MEO’s communication campaigns, in line with the latest international trends in the telecommunications sector. The new MEO Alcobaça Store has three service counters staffed by a total of four specialized professionals.
It will be open 6 days a week: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It will offer all residents of Alcobaça a more intimate and comfortable experience with MEO’s brands, whether through trying out products and services from MEO, MOCHE, and MEO Empresas, or in terms of technical support, provided by MEO Stores nationwide
