SAPO launches 23rd edition of the biggest digital advertising award

This award distinguishes creativity, innovation and effectiveness in the field of advertising and digital communication in our country and recognizes the work of agencies, brands, producers and communication professionals.

Over the years, the SAPO Awards have become a benchmark in the sector, acting as a barometer of digital communication trends and valuing national talent in the way brands relate to consumers in the online environment.

This year's edition covers nine categories: Best Display Campaigns, Best Video Campaigns, Best Content Marketing Campaigns, Best Performance Campaigns, Best Connected TV Campaigns, Best Omnichannel Campaigns, Best Technology Campaigns, Best Social Responsibility Campaigns and Best Brand Podcast Campaigns. There will also be awards for Best Campaign of the Year, Best Advertiser and Agency of the Year.

"We are announcing another launch of the SAPO Awards, which aim to mobilize and recognize the protagonists of the entire digital advertising value chain in an annual celebration recognized by the market. A renewed edition in line with SAPO's new positioning, which anticipates a new digital era," said Gil Moreira, SAPO's General Manager.

Applications can be submitted from today on the SAPO 2025 Awards page and are open until the end of the year. They must refer to campaigns published in digital media throughout 2024 and 2025. The winners will be chosen by a renowned jury, representative of the different areas of digital advertising development, to be announced shortly.

Since its inception, the SAPO Awards have awarded more than 1,000 trophies, accounting for nearly 3,000 applications and dozens of organizations and sectors of activity.

With this initiative, SAPO reinforces its active contribution to the recognition of excellence in the media market, positioning Portugal at the forefront of digital trends and creativity.

This year SAPO celebrates its 30th anniversary and has presented a strategic repositioning that includes a new portal, a new App and a new brand.
