MEO has just opened a new MEO Store in Sertã, on Rua Cândido dos Reis, with a newconcept of proximity, without physical barriers between customers andserviceprofessionals, and with logistical conditions geared towards on-site experimentation of all theservices and products featured in the portfolio ofPortugal'slargest telecommunications operator.
The new MEO space in Sertã, measuring 65.22 m², is part of MEO's commitment to improving theexperience of all its customers by modernizing its network of physical stores.
The latest MEO store, which is very spacious and has no service counter separatingstaff from customers, promotes a closer and more emotional style of service,aimed at tailoring each customer's experience to their consumption patterns andlifestyle.
Characterized by an eminently technological component, the new store includes
state-of-the-art digital media
for the dissemination and promotion of MEO communication campaigns,in line with the most advanced communication trends inthe internationaltelecommunications sector.The MEO Sertã Store has four service positions staffed by a total of fourspecializedprofessionals. It will be open six days a week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to7:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., offering all Sertã residents acloser and more comfortableexperiencewith MEO brands, both in terms of trying out MEO and MOCHEproducts andservices, MOCHE, and MEO Empresas, or in terms of technical support,provided by MEO stores throughout the country.
