Accessibility solutions

Application

Applications for accessibility solutions are intended to support projects addressing accessibility needs related to digital technologies (computers, cell phones, and tablets) as well as augmentative and alternative communication.
The Fundação MEO provides grants Fundação MEO to social welfare organizations and public entities working to support people with disabilities.

The decision regarding the requested support will be communicated via email and formalized through a letter of commitment.
If the support is approved, the beneficiary organization agrees to complete a Support Evaluation Form, which will be sent by Fundação MEO the deadline specified in the letter of commitment. If necessary, you may also be asked to complete a questionnaire on the project’s impact (particularly the impact of accessibility solutions) on the lives of the beneficiaries. If requested, the organization must issue a donation receipt in accordance with current law.
You may attach documentation supporting the project for which you are requesting support to this application.
Receipt of your form will be confirmed via email, with an automatic reference number assigned.

Personal Data Processing Fundação MEO, a nonprofit organization within the MEO Group, with NIPC 506421104, headquartered at Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo, nº 40, 1069-300 Lisbon, is the entity responsible for processing the personal data collected in this form.
