"Communicate Safely" Program

The “Comunicar em Segurança” Program is an initiative of the “ Fundação MEO ” that aims to promote inclusion and digital literacy among the senior population, contributing to a safer, more independent, and more confident use of technology.


The sessions are free, in-person, and held in mainland Portugal and the autonomous regions. They last approximately 1 hour and are led by a network of volunteer trainers. They cover topics such as identifying online scams and fraud, phishing, personal data protection, and the safe use of smartphones, social media, and digital services. Recommended maximum number of participants per session: 25.


Please fill out the form below to express your organization’s interest in hosting a session. After you submit your application, the Fundação MEO team will review your request and contact you to confirm the availability, date, and time of the event.
